It was founded around 1840 and was active until the mid-1980s. The brand has been owned by Blue Grass Cutlery Inc. of Manchester, Ohio since September 2000

All John Primble knives offered here are 'new old stock' and are no longer produced. The original packaging may show signs of storage.
